1. Sponsorship Status
The GOLD PARTNER Sponsorship Package is intended for brands seeking excellent visibility and valuable networking opportunities. Sponsorship becomes effective after application, written confirmation and full payment.
2. Sponsorship Benefits
VIP table for 6 guests; logo displayed on printed materials; company profile in the official event brochure; product placement in VIP gift bags (subject to approval); on-stage recognition during the event; full access to networking sessions and business introductions.
3. Marketing Materials
The Sponsor shall provide all required logos, profiles and promotional materials by the Organizer's deadlines.
4. Promotional Rights
The Organizer may use the Sponsor's approved name and logo solely for promoting GALA LUGANO.
5. Product Placement
Products intended for VIP gift bags require prior written approval by the Organizer.
6. Payment Terms
The sponsorship fee of CHF 5,000 must be paid in full before sponsorship benefits are guaranteed.
7. Cancellation by Sponsor
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Event Changes
The Organizer may reasonably modify the programme, venue or schedule while preserving the overall value of the sponsorship package.
9. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control.
10. Liability
The Organizer's maximum liability shall not exceed the sponsorship fee actually paid.
11. Photography & Media
Photographs and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
12. Compliance
The Sponsor agrees to comply with event regulations, venue rules and applicable Swiss law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Exclusive jurisdiction: Lugano, Switzerland.
14. Sponsor Code of Conduct & Reputation Protection
The Organizer may terminate sponsorship without refund if the Sponsor engages in unlawful, fraudulent or seriously reputationally damaging conduct.
15. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
All GALA LUGANO branding remains the Organizer's property and may only be used with prior written approval.
16. Confidentiality
Confidential commercial and event information must not be disclosed for three years after the event.
17. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR.
18. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms together with any Sponsorship Agreement and invoice constitute the complete agreement.
19. Electronic Acceptance
Clicking 'Become a Sponsor' or completing payment constitutes legally binding acceptance.
