1. Sponsorship Status
The PLATINUM PARTNER Sponsorship Package is available to companies seeking premium brand visibility and direct access to an exclusive international business audience attending GALA LUGANO. The sponsorship becomes effective after application, written confirmation and full payment.
2. Sponsorship Benefits
VIP table for 8 guests; premium logo placement throughout the venue; company profile in the official event programme; branding on LED screens during the Gala Dinner; pre- and post-event social media promotion; product showcase during networking (subject to approval); access to exclusive VIP networking opportunities.
3. Marketing Materials
Sponsor shall provide all logos and promotional materials before the Organizer's deadlines.
4. Promotional Rights
Organizer may use Sponsor's approved name and logo for event promotion.
5. Product Showcase
Display materials require prior written approval by the Organizer.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment of CHF 7,500 is required before sponsorship benefits are guaranteed.
7. Cancellation by Sponsor
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Event Changes
Organizer may reasonably modify programme, venue or schedule while preserving overall package value.
9. Force Majeure
Organizer is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control.
10. Liability
Organizer's liability shall not exceed the sponsorship fee paid.
11. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes.
12. Compliance
Sponsor shall comply with event rules and Swiss law.
13. Governing Law
Swiss law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: Lugano, Switzerland.
14. Sponsor Code of Conduct & Reputation Protection
Organizer may terminate sponsorship without refund for fraud, unlawful conduct or serious reputational damage.
15. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
GALA LUGANO branding remains Organizer property. Use requires prior written approval.
16. Confidentiality
Confidential information must not be disclosed for three years after the event.
17. Data Protection
Personal data is processed under FADP and, where applicable, GDPR.
18. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms constitute the complete agreement. Invalid clauses do not affect the remainder.
19. Electronic Acceptance
Clicking 'Become a Sponsor' or completing payment constitutes acceptance.
